All purchases made within the App, including virtual currency (coins), consumable items, and bundles, are processed through the Apple App Store (on iOS devices). As such, refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their standard policies and procedures.
All in-app purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Once a purchase is completed, virtual goods are delivered immediately and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you dispute a charge through your bank or payment provider (chargeback) without first requesting a refund through Apple, your access to the App may be suspended until the dispute is resolved.
